1 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the mk777 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mk777, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from mk777 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

mk777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo ID. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld.

2 Account Registration

To access the full features of the mk777 Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change;
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• You are the sole authorized user of your mk777 account;
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

mk777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mk777 support immediately.

Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. mk777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of all accounts involved.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mk777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to change at mk777's discretion;
• Accepted deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other approved local payment channels;
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts;
• Withdrawal processing: mk777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider;
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to mk777's anti-money laundering policies;
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Platform's banking section.

mk777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. mk777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

mk777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by account status, location, or game type;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits vary per promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• mk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• mk777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

Players who register solely to exploit bonus offers without genuine gaming intent may have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited. mk777's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mk777 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all mk777 games:

• mk777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes;
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time; results are final once the round is closed;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, mk777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account;
• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be void and stakes returned;
• mk777 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event commencement; bets accepted at published odds are honored unless the bet is voided under these Terms.

mk777 reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or event at any time for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, affected bets will be settled in accordance with mk777's published settlement rules.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mk777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any mk777 software;
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward mk777 staff or other players.

7 Responsible Gaming

mk777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts;
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the mk777 Platform at any time by contacting support;
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mk777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of mk777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without mk777's prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or for any public display;
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorized use of mk777 Content terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of mk777's intellectual property rights, for which mk777 reserves all legal remedies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mk777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform;
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond mk777's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mk777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, mk777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall mk777's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Suspension & Termination

mk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, mk777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to breach, mk777 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to mk777.

You may close your account at any time by contacting mk777 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules.

11 Privacy & Data

mk777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the mk777 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mk777 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and mk777 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

mk777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the mk777 Platform shall first be submitted to mk777's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
